Standard Included Features

– 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty

– Single Door (4 ft wide 6 ft tall)

– Floor Framing is 2X6 pressure treated lumber on 16-inch centers

– Floor Boards are 23/32 Standard OSB

– 6ft Walls framed with standard 2X4 lumber on 24-inch centers

– Siding is LP Smart Siding 3/8th inch thick (primer coat but not painted)

– 11 degree pitch roof is framed with standard 2X4 lumber on 24-inch centers

– Roof Boards are 7/16 inch OSB

– Tar Paper for added moisture resistance

– 3 Tab Desert Tan Shingles for the roof

– 2 inch white drip edge

– Wood Trim primed 

– 2 Exterior air Vents (16 inch X 8 inch)
